Pre-registration for the EFCOG Annual meeting is mandatory.  This form must be completed and submitted by all participants and speakers.  Please take a moment to look at the form and check all items applicable to your attendance.  THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR THIS MEETING.

  • You are welcome to bring additional members of your organization, or other guests.  Please complete and submit a separate registration form for each attendee.

  • An LCD projector and laptop are available for speakers and panelists. All presenters must bring a copy of their presentation on a thumb drive.

  • Copies of all material will be posted on the EFCOG website approximately 2 weeks following the meeting.

  • Registration includes all meeting sessions, continental breakfasts, lunches and the reception.

  • It is important that you indicate if you plan to have lunch on the 24th or 25th as this will ensure that we provide the hotel with an adequate meal count.
