The DOE Federal Energy Management Program’s (FEMP) Industrial Facilities Initiative is proud to sponsor a free training opportunity:  DOE’s Best Practices Chilled Water System Analysis Tool (CWSAT) Webcast on September 6 at 12pm eastern.

This 2-hour webcast will familiarize participants with the Best Practices Chilled Water System Analysis Tool (CWSAT).  A short questions & answer session will follow.

The software program will help you self-assess the energy requirements of your chilled water system and to optimize the system based on estimates potential energy and cost savings from changing equipment, configurations, operating parameters, and schedules.

The instructor will lead participants through examples to model the existing chilled water system and to propose enhancements for system performance improvements.

This training would be of primary interest to facility managers, energy managers, mechanical staff, as well as operations and maintenance personnel. Engineers, designers, and operators would benefit from the course.
