Analysis of EFCOG Electrical Safety Charts for July 2008

NA Program Office 08J Electrical Near Misses - new average and control limits calculated due to decreasing trend noted last month.

EM Program Office 08A Electrical Shocks - past 10 of 11 months below average, at zero.  This is a significant improving trend.

All other charts are stable on their current baselines.

“A4B1C01 - Management policy guidance / expectations not well-defined, understood or enforced” remains in first place as the leading cause of 08J electrical near misses over the past 12 months.
