Analysis of EFCOG Electrical Safety Charts for
August 2009
SC Program Office total events is stable on the
current baselines.
NA Program Office 08J Electrical Near Misses was
greater than seven months in a row above average, but July and
August did return to zero. A new average and control limits
will be developed when the data stabilize.
EM Program Office charts are stable on the
current baselines.
All other charts are stable on their current
baselines.
A3B1C03 Incorrect performance due to mental lapse
continues to be the leading cause of events for the past 12
months.
