Analysis of EFCOG Electrical Safety Charts for
July 2009
SC Program Office total events has had a new,
higher baseline average and upper control limit established due
to the increasing trend noted over recent months.
NA Program Office 08J
Electrical Near Misses was greater than seven months in a row
above average, but July did return to zero.
A new average and control limits
will be developed when the data stabilize.
EM Program Office charts are stable on
current baselines.
All other charts are
stable on their current baselines.
A3B1C03 Incorrect performance due to mental
lapse is the leading cause of events for the past 12 months.
