SC Program Office has an increasing trend in
total events - April 2009 was above the Upper Control Limit with
5 reports. This repeated again in May 2009 with 5 reports.
NA Program Office 08J Electrical Near Misses is
at seven months in a row above average. This is a significant
increasing trend. There had been 7 reports in 12 months, now
there have been 8 reports in 7 months. These reports are:
