NA Program Office 08J Electrical Near Misses
decreasing trend with the past eight months below the baseline
average of 1.8 per month.
All other charts are stable on their current
baselines.
“A4B1C01 - Management policy guidance /
expectations not well-defined, understood or enforced” remains in
first place as the leading cause of 08J electrical near misses
over the past 12 months.
