implemented, line and independent oversight is conducted, and, if necessary, regulatory enforcement actions occur.

- CH2MHILL multifaceted approach to Feedback and Lessons Learned. This document provided a overview of the
CH2MHILL approach to soliciting feedback on the effectiveness of planning of work. This approach provides a comprehensive package that encompasses feedback and lessons learned from our issues as well as those acquired from others.
- ISM Survey Tool: This file gives you a step-by-step process for conducting a survey on the ISM five core functions and seven guiding principles. Over 100
survey questions are included. Data collection spread sheets and a process control chart with instructions is included.
- Richland's Statistical Process Control Process: Statistical Process Control is playing a safety and quality role at the Richland site.
This articles provides insights into how to establish and use statistical process controls to measure the effectiveness of a sites ISM/Work Control processes.
- Savannah Rivers' Site Electronic Program Reporting Tool to access Maintenance Performance Indicators. Performance indicator data is extracted
from the Site computerized Work Management System (Passport) and is electronically input into auto generated performance indicator graphs. The graphs are then electronically linked to the PRT program, which is available to all Work Management personnel on their computer
desktops.
- Savannah Rives' Electronic Program Reporting Tool to manage Worker Feedback: The PRT is an electronic reporting tool which is
available on all Site Work Management personnel on their computer desktops. Workers record feedback upon the completion of work along with work history, delay codes, hours worked, etc., into the Site PassPort Work Management System. The PRT reporting tool is used by SRS to
provide comprehensive Work Management reporting, including Worker Feedback. The below attached information is intended to generally describe the worker feedback process.
- Hanford�s Pre-Job Briefing and Post Job Review Guide: This document provides guidance for conducting Pre-Job Briefings (pre-job), Post-Job Reviews (post-job), and
mid-job turnovers, and it communicates expectations for documenting these activities. The intent is to provide a standard approach for all work activities conducted within the Project Hanford Management Contract (PHMC).
