Dr. Ed Hoffman, Director of NASA’s Academy of Program / Project & Engineering Leadership (APPEL), will share his insights on complex program and project management.  You can learn more about APPEL at their website:          http://appel.nasa.gov/

Also speaking will be a trio of DOE’s key project management leadership to discuss project management execution improvement efforts and how we can support the Department’s efforts in this arena.  Paul Bosco, Jack Surash and Thad Konopnicki have all agreed to join us on the 23^rd.  We also will be hearing from Benny Reyes on the work of the new Cost Estimating subgroup.
