Meeting Information

• The SSWG Steering Committee will meet on October 13, 2009.

• Info about badging:  If you have a standard DOE badge or DOD badge you can enter Kirtland Air Force Base and the meeting room.  If you don't have a badge or have a site-specific badge, please call Francine Vigil at (505) 284-3874 or e-mail her at: fsvigil@sandia.gov

• Info about controlled articles:  Although the meeting is in a Property Protected Area, it is requested that cell phones, laptops, iPods, blackberries, etc. be left in your vehicles.  

• Info on smoking policy:  Sandia's workplace is drug-free and smoke-free (smoking is prohibited on all Sandia-managed property, inside and outside of buildings).
