Welcome to the Infrastructure Management Working Group's Work Management Subgroup's section of the Energy Facility Contractors Group's Knowledge Portal.

The objective of the EFCOG's Work Management Subgroup is to share challenges, tools, and processes for  accomplishing Integrated Safety Management at the task or work management level, and to utilize them in order to meet the increased demands of improving productivity while keeping the quality of our work and safety of our workforce at the highest of standards.

The objective of this Knowledge Portal is to provide a platform for the sharing of Work Management related tools and processes across the DOE complex, as well as provide a vehicle to allow members to collaborate virtually on the development and implementation of new processes and tools.
